PlasticThermoforming AGV Shell besteht aus 5 mm dickem ABS-Material mit UL94 V0-Entflammbarkeit. Die Produktfarbe kann OEM mit einem Materialgewicht von 1.000 kg hergestellt werden. Nach dem Tiefziehen wird die Kunststoff-Tiefzieh-AGV-Schale von einer CNC-Maschine zugeschnitten und gefräst, um ihre funktionalen Anforderungen zu erfüllen. Die internen Komponenten werden mit einer speziell entwickelten Halterung verklebt.
